Frequently asked questions

Do I need any experience to start?
No. The training is one-on-one, so we start wherever you are and move at your pace. Some people who train with us are starting fresh, others are working installers who want to fix bad habits and learn the tricks.
Why one-on-one instead of a group class?
Because film and tint work lives in the hands, and the only way to correct what you are doing is to watch you do it. One-on-one means every minute of attention is on you, not split across a room full of students.
What is the 3+2 format on the PPF course?
Three days of solid hands-on training with Adam, then two days practising on your own in the shop while it is all still fresh, with guidance on hand when you need it.
Do I get film to practise with?
Yes. A full roll of film is supplied during the course, and you take the remaining film home so you can keep practising after you leave.
What happens after the course?
You join Adam’s network of like-minded installers, so you can keep sharing knowledge and tips and asking questions long after the course finishes. The support does not stop at the door.
Can I learn both PPF and tint?
Yes. They are separate one-on-one courses, so tell us you want both and we will sort out the dates. The tint course is taught with over 10 years of tinting behind it.
